Questions from organisers

What do we get?

A link to the replay for the finisher e-mail, website and social media – every bib number with its own analysis. After the race, a short report on how often the replay was used. On request, ready-made videos for social media.

What do we need to provide?

The public results with split times and the official GPX of your courses – no interface, no installation, no access to your systems. Once the results are out, the replay is usually online within 24 hours.

What does it cost?

During the pilot phase, Racecast is free for you. How it works after that is something we will shape together with the first organisers – your honest feedback helps us most. And we appreciate you sharing the link in the finisher e-mail or on social media.

What about data protection?

Racecast only uses what you publish anyway and shows only bib numbers by default. If you wish, names can be shown instead, or an access code can protect the replay. Analytics work without cookies, and anyone who does not want to appear is removed after a short e-mail.

Interested for 2027?

No effort, no integration – we will show you your race as a replay. No obligation, prices on request.

Questions from runners

Where do I find my replay?

Your organiser sends the link, usually with the finisher e-mail or on the race website. There is no public list of all replays.

Does it cost anything?

No. During the pilot phase, Racecast is free for runners.

Can I remove myself from the replay?

A short e-mail to info@racecast.ch with the race and your bib number is enough, and your bib number will be removed.

My race is not included – what can I do?

Tell your organiser about Racecast, or write to us which race you are missing.
